We are looking for the absolute best Sales Manager in the United States to help us transform our business into a truly sales driven organization. The future Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our sales team from zero to four sales people in the first 45 days. You will be given a budget, P & L responsibility for your department and free reign to build this sales staff in your likeness. You will integrate this sales staff into our existing employee base and existing client base. You will know every one of our clients as well as we do and you will ensure that we are serving their business to the highest degree each and every day. We believe in the philosophy that you can't manage sales people, only their activities. We believe that a Sales Manager will know how to set the appropriate activity levels and track and report on those activities continuously. Our future Sales Manager will measure both effort and results and make decisions based on those two factors.

Required Skills
- Minimum five years' experience in business-to-business outside sales
- Minimum five years' experience in sales management
- Demonstrated level of excellence in the development of client relationships
- Phenomenal math skills specifically in the ability to create sales quotas, sales compensation plans, and budgets.
- Strong financial analysis abilities including deep understanding of P & L's and Balance Sheets
- Excellent presentations skills
- Proven track record in exceeding personal and team sales quotas
- Insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check including drug testing
- Power user level of experience in the use of IT, specifically:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales management tools such as Sales Force.com
